Update to Payment Terms

If you have always paid for these services on the day, thank you.

If you have regularly waited for a statement and then paid, we would like to remind you that our longstanding policy is payment on the day of your consultation or services. This approach enables us to operate effectively and continue providing exceptional care to our patients. We have previously added an account fee for non-payment within three working days. Instead, we will now be adding a statement fee of $5.00 for each reminder statement starting from March 1 2024.

To avoid incurring statement fees, we kindly request that you make payment on the day of your consultation or services. Our reception staff are readily available to assist you by providing account details for online payments or facilitating payment at the reception desk. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and if you find yourself with an outstanding debt or anticipate difficulty paying for services, we encourage you to reach out to discuss payment plan options.
